Jackson Street Duplex
At 1029 Jackson, Sayde Mark Designs staged with a “two homes, one address” mindset making each unit feel complete, intentional, and easy to picture day-to-day. We kept the main living areas open and walkthrough-friendly, using clean furniture plans that show true scale without competing with the light or the architecture. In the upper unit, we leaned into the drama of the staircase and styled the penthouse office to spotlight the Coit Tower view and the work-from-home appeal. In the lower unit, we created clear zones for lounging, dining, and entertaining, then gave the rear yard a simple setup that feels usable right away.
