At 1099 23rd St, Apt 18, our staging dialed up the drama in this tri-level, 2-bed, 2.5-bath Dogpatch loft. Soaring double-height ceilings and wall-to-wall windows with knockout city views gave us the perfect canvas. We layered textures around the gas fireplace, showcased the skylit kitchen with quartz counters, and added warmth to refinished hardwood floors. Upstairs, the lofted suite got plush carpet, dual California Closets, and spa-style light. Downstairs, we styled a flexible guest retreat/creative studio—complete with wet bar. With roof-deck access, a gym, and secure parking, our staging turned this urban showstopper into a ready-to-live-in vision of style and flow.
