At 1242 Francisco #1, Sayde Mark Designs staged for the Marina buyer who wants polished, easy living with sunshine and a patio that actually gets used. We kept the open-concept layout feeling spacious by choosing lighter-scale pieces and a clean furniture plan that highlights the high ceilings and fireplace. The French doors and private patio were treated like a true extension of the living room, styled for morning coffee and casual hosting (not just “extra space”). In the primary suite, we leaned into the garden-facing calm with soft layers and minimal clutter so the skylights and closets feel like luxury. And in the second bedroom, we staged around the Murphy bed-desk setup to show how seamlessly it flexes from the guest room to WFH.
