Space and Light in the Heart of the Marina
1325 Bay St faces Fort Mason’s waterfront green space, so we staged to keep the outlook and natural light as the first impression. We set the living room around the barrel-front windows and fireplace with a simple, comfortable layout that shows scale without blocking the view. In the dining room, we placed a full-size table to make hosting feel obvious, not imagined. The kitchen-adjacent nook was staged as a clean work-from-home spot to highlight flexibility, and the bedrooms were kept calm and airy to match the garden-facing feel.
