At 15 Heyman Ave, our goal was simple: make the home feel welcoming, warm, and easy to imagine living in. Sayde Mark Designs approached this Bernal Heights property with a light hand—highlighting natural light, creating clean, comfortable layouts, and adding just enough texture to bring each space to life. The living areas feel open and inviting without being overdone, while the bedrooms are calm, relaxed retreats. Every piece was placed with intention to support flow, function, and that subtle emotional pull buyers respond to. This project is a great example of how thoughtful staging can elevate a home’s character while still letting its personality shine through.
