This 1,061 sq ft Noe Valley condo had charm—but we staged it to own the cozy-chic vibe. Cleverly used as a 2-bed with a garden-level bonus room, we styled flowing living, dining, and optional guest spaces, all glowing under soft natural light from east to west. The decorative gas fireplace, wood floors, and updated kitchen with breakfast nook got a lifestyle polish, while the bonus room became a flexible retreat—guest suite, art studio, or mini-gym. With in-garage laundry, one-car parking, and quiet-block appeal, our layered neutrals and playful pops made this condo feel move-in magical.
