With 2,226 sq ft of space, we curated a flow that balances grandeur and livability: formal living and dining areas that demand attention, cozy nooks that invite lingering, and a kitchen-zone styled for effortless entertaining. We maintained original charm (hello, intricate woodwork and fireplaces) while layering in soft modern accents, rich textures, and natural light to make every space feel current and warm.
