2250 24th St #231 feels like a reset from the city bustle. We staged it to lean into calm, comfort, and everyday function. We kept the open living/dining/kitchen flow clear and easy, using a clean furniture plan that shows how the breakfast counter, dining table, and lounge space work together without crowding. Styling stayed simple and fresh to match the updated kitchen and paint, warm textures, minimal accessories, and practical touches that photograph well. In the primary suite, we emphasized true scale for a king bed and kept the look restful. The second bedroom was staged with flexibility in mind, reading as a guest room that can easily convert to a work-from-home setup.
