At 2526 12th Ave, Sayde Mark Designs leaned into Bella Vista’s charm, sweet, warm, and a little bit romantic. We staged to highlight the home’s best “old-house” moments without making it feel precious: cozy seating by the fireplace, a dining setup that says dinner parties actually happen here, and simple styling that lets the hardwood floors shine. Upstairs, we kept the bedrooms airy and spacious, then gave the bonus room a clear purpose (think reading nook or work-from-home hideaway) so it doesn’t feel like a question mark. And because the backyard is pure whimsy, we added relaxed outdoor touches on the deck and in the garden to make buyers want to linger.
