When you’re working with an 1875 Italianate Victorian directly across from Alta Plaza Park, you don’t fight the charm—you frame it. This 4-bed, 3-bath, ~2,622 sq ft Pacific Heights classic already had soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and vintage millwork. SMD layered in refined neutrals, luxe textures, and strategic pops to draw the eye to top-floor views and sun-drenched nooks. We styled the chef’s kitchen for both brunch hosting and midnight snacking, and transformed the south-facing garden into an outdoor lounge dream. With off-street parking and stroll-everywhere walkability, our staging turned historic elegance into “I-want-to-live-here” magic—timeless, livable, and ready for its next chapter.
