A Three-Level Marina Home Built for Entertaining
At 3343 Pierce, Sayde Mark Designs staged with one goal: make this remodeled Marina home feel as beautiful as its location. We kept the formal level classic and confident seating around the stone mantle, a dining setup that reads “host-worthy,” and clean styling that lets the skylit marble kitchen do its thing. In the primary suite, we softened the luxury with warm layers so it feels like a retreat, not a showroom. Upstairs, we leaned into the massive family room with an easy entertainment layout, then styled the patios as true bonus spaces: coffee, sunset, bridge-view moments. Downstairs, we made the garden connection irresistible with indoor pieces that pull you outside toward the fountain and fireplace.
