At 35 Dolores #306, We staged to keep the home feeling light, open, and genuinely livable. We used a straightforward layout that connects the living and dining areas without crowding the walkway, so it feels comfortable for everyday life and still works when people come over. The fireplace became the natural focal point, so we kept styling simple and added warmth through texture rather than “stuff.” On the private deck, we created a small seating moment that makes the tree and greenbelt view part of the routine coffee, a pause between meetings, a quiet end to the day.
