Dolores Street: Light, Open-Concept Staging with Warm Textures
At 35 Dolores #306, we staged to keep the home feeling light, open, and genuinely livable. We used a straightforward layout that connects the living and dining areas without crowding the walkway, so it feels comfortable for everyday life and still works when people come over. The fireplace became the natural focal point, so we kept styling simple and added warmth through texture rather than “stuff.” The result photographs clean, but feels real in person.
