Bay Bridge Views in a Full-Service Building
At 400 Beale #1109, Sayde Mark Designs staged with the Bay Bridge views as the main character everything else was supporting cast. We kept the living area clean and intentional so your eye goes straight to the windows, using a streamlined sofa layout and light layers that don’t compete with the skyline. The custom built-in got a polish pass with minimal, graphic styling (no clutter, just “put together”). We also made the office nook feel like a legitimately workable chair, task lighting, and a setup that reads “WFH-ready,” not “random corner.” In the bedroom, we leaned into the cozy wool carpet with softer textures and a calm palette to balance the modern updates. The result: crisp, elevated, and ready for photos and showings.
