Skyline Views, Flexible Layout, and Space to Work or Host
At 6189 Margarido, Sayde Mark Designs staged with one clear priority: keep the views uninterrupted and make the layout feel easy to understand. Upstairs, we set the living and dining areas to face the skyline, using lighter-scale pieces and clean styling so the windows stay the focal point. The kitchen was kept simple and functional just enough to feel lived-in, not staged-to-death. Downstairs, we staged the ADU as its own complete home, with a defined lounge and sleep zone to show real flexibility for guests or income. We also gave the detached garage bonus space a purpose studio or media room so buyers see value, not “extra space.”
