At 653 Arkansas, Sayde Mark Designs staged with the views front and center because they’re the first thing you notice and the last thing you forget. We kept the main living level open and easy, using a furniture plan that frames the windows and makes the kitchen, living, and office feel connected (not crowded). In the office, we styled the built-ins and fireplace with a lighter touch so it reads finished, not fussy. Upstairs, we leaned calm and comfortable in the bedrooms, then highlighted the balcony as a true morning-coffee spot. Downstairs, we staged the in-law to feel independent and livable.
