Ocean-View Living Near Lands End and Ocean Beach

664 45th Ave puts the Pacific front and center, so we staged to keep the coastline as the focal point. We set the living space with a clean, comfortable layout that pulls seating toward the windows and keeps sightlines open through the main areas. Because the custom cabinetry carries so much personality, we kept styling simple and intentional warm textures, minimal accessories, and pieces that complement the color without competing with it. In the bedroom suites, we leaned quiet and restful so the light and views feel like part of daily life. The result photographs crisp, but feels relaxed in person made for sunsets, fresh air, and easy indoor-outdoor living.
