Sayde Mark Designs staged 95 Nordhoff with a light touch so the Venetian plaster, natural stone, and quiet, private feel stay front and center. We chose tailored pieces and a calm palette that complement the materials without competing with them, then mapped furniture to show how the three levels live day to day, easy circulation, clear zones, and rooms that feel generous. Bedrooms were styled simply to keep the Juliette balconies and treetop views in focus. The result feels composed, warm, and ready to move right in.
